King Kaplo Creative Studio (Pty) Ltd (“King Kaplo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a creative, content and live event production company registered in South Africa. Our registered address is 1 Polofields Drive, Waterfall City, Gauteng.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and any other applicable South African legislation.
We collect only the information necessary to respond to your enquiries and deliver our services.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as identity numbers, financial details or health information through this website.
We process your personal information only for the purposes set out below and only where we have a lawful basis to do so under POPIA.
We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
Enquiry records are retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact. Records relating to concluded contracts are retained for up to 7 years in line with South African tax and commercial law. Technical and website usage data is retained for up to 13 months.

Our website is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel only. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and interests, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.
